Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools promptly and efficiently.
Ensure proper storage and organization of kitchen supplies and equipment.
Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables in a timely and appropriate manner.
Support kitchen staff by preparing workstations and ensuring readiness for service.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment.
Perform deep cleaning tasks as required, including floors, walls, and storage areas.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen or similar environment is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
