About the Role
Pinaster LLC is hiring an experienced Heavy Bus Driver to operate a shuttle bus for our Abu Dhabi project site. This is a full-time on-site role for a reliable driver with a clean record who can transport workers safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Drive a heavy bus (shuttle) safely and punctually between the project site, accommodation and designated pick-up points
- Follow the planned route and schedule; report any delays or incidents promptly
- Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks (tyres, brakes, lights, fuel, cleanliness)
- Ensure passenger safety, proper seating and compliance with traffic and site rules at all times
- Maintain the bus in clean and roadworthy condition; report defects to the supervisor
- Keep a simple log of trips, hours and any issues as required
- Support the site team with transport needs as directed
Requirements
- Valid or expired UAE Driving License Category 6 (Heavy Bus, for vehicles carrying 26+ passengers) — expired license accepted, candidate to renew
- Minimum 5 years’ experience driving heavy buses in the UAE
- Clean driving record — no major accidents
- Good English communication skills
- Must hold a valid UAE visa (transferable employment visa, or visit visa eligible for visa change)
- Immediate joiners with valid UAE visa preferred
Pay & Benefits
- AED 3,000+ / month (based on experience; final amount and benefit details discussed at interview)
- 10 hours/day, overtime paid for extra hours, flexible schedule
- Free accommodation and meals provided (or allowance if self-arranged)

- Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
