Heavy Bus Driver Jobs in Dubai at Luxridge Building Contracting LLC
Key ResponsibilitiesTransportation Operations
- Safely operate company buses and vehicles for transportation of employees, laborers, and visitors.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers according to assigned schedules and routes.
- Transport personnel to project sites, accommodations, offices, airports, and other designated locations.
- Adhere to all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrival while avoiding unnecessary delays.
Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles.
- Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tires, brakes, lights, and other vehicle systems before operation.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, breakdowns, and maintenance requirements immediately.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the bus is kept in a presentable condition at all times.
- Coordinate with the transport department for scheduled servicing and repairs.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers during transportation.
- Verify passenger counts and ensure no unauthorized persons are transported.
- Follow company HSE policies and emergency procedures.
- Ensure all passengers comply with safety requirements during transit.
- Maintain valid UAE driving licenses and comply with all legal requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily vehicle logbooks and trip records.
- Record mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation schedules accurately.
- Report traffic violations, accidents, or incidents immediately to management.
- Assist in preparing transportation-related reports when required.
General Duties
- Support company transportation requirements during emergencies and special assignments.
- Assist with transportation logistics during recruitment drives, project mobilizations, and company events.
- Maintain professional behavior and represent the company positively when interacting with employees and external parties.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
