Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing electrical and plumbing issues related to heating and air conditioning systems. Daily tasks involve inspecting and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with EPA standards, and maintaining system components for efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
Skills in troubleshooting HVAC systems and related issues
Plumbing skills relevant to HVAC systems
Experience in preventive maintenance
Knowledge of EPA standards and regulations
Understanding of electricity as it pertains to HVAC systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred experience in the HVAC industry
Ability to work independently and in a team
Relevant HVAC certifications
