Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead and oversee healthcare initiatives in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage healthcare projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare project management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
