Main Course is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Healthcare Finance Analyst to join our finance team in Mesaieed. This role focuses on analyzing financial performance within healthcare-related operations, supporting budgeting, cost control, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with an understanding of healthcare systems and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze healthcare financial data including revenue, costs, and operational expenditures
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for healthcare services and programs
- Prepare detailed financial reports and performance dashboards for management
- Conduct variance analysis and identify cost drivers within healthcare operations
- Evaluate financial efficiency of healthcare processes and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align financial and operational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to healthcare finance
- Assist in pricing analysis and cost allocation for healthcare services
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and report-writing skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare service providers
- Familiarity with healthcare financial systems and billing structures
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
