We're seeking for a healthcare domain expert to support the review and refinement of an existing Target Enterprise Architecture and Digital Blueprints for a major government health authority in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, onsite engagement based in Riyadh — 1 month with potential for extension, starting ASAP.
What we're looking for
- 3–10 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector
- Previous experience working within the Saudi healthcare ecosystem is mandatory
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, governance, regulatory frameworks, and service delivery
- Experience supporting healthcare digital transformation, business architecture, business analysis, or operating model initiatives
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture concepts, particularly Business Architecture and Capability-Based Planning
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English — Arabic is mandatory
Preferred to have
- Prior experience with MoH, Health Holding Company, NUPCO, Council of Health Insurance, Saudi Health Council, Seha Virtual Hospital, or major government/private healthcare providers in KSA
- Background in government transformation, healthcare strategy, digital health, or AI-enabled healthcare initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise architecture deliverables — business capability models, operating models, governance frameworks, digital blueprints
