Overview
We are seeking a proactive HSE Officer to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) Management System. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, ISO standards, conducting safety inspections, investigations, audits, and promoting a strong safety culture across manufacturing and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE programs, policies, and procedures
- Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions
- Deliver HSE inductions, awareness sessions, and safety training
- Monitor HSE performance and prepare monthly management reports
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
- Coordinate internal and external QHSE audits
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and quality improvement programs
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement and KPI monitoring
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve safety and quality performance
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or QA/HSE Officer
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor (Required)
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or construction environments
- Hands-on experience with incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety inspections
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems
