Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HSE Officer to support the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team in implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. This entry-level position is ideal for a Saudi national who is passionate about maintaining a safe and healthy work environment across all operations.
Requirements:
Assist in monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct routine safety inspections and reports.
Support the preparation and maintenance of HSE documentation and reports.
Participate in incident and near-miss investigations and help prepare basic reports.
Assist in delivering toolbox talks and awareness sessions under supervision.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any violations.
Help track and record HSE statistics (e.g., training, incidents, inspections).
Collaborate with site teams to promote a culture of safety awareness.
Qualifications:
Saudi National (required as per Saudization policy).
Diploma or vocational training in occupational health and safety or related field.
Basic knowledge of HSE practices, standards, and regulations.
Good communication skills in Arabic and basic English.
