We are looking for an HSE Engineer to join our team and support the implementation and management of occupational health and safety requirements across projects and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE plans.
- Prepare Risk Registers and conduct risk assessments.
- Review HSE plans and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
- Monitor emergency, evacuation, and incident response plans.
- Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports.
- Conduct field inspections and follow up on identified hazards.
- Monitor the safety of construction, restoration, excavation, and infrastructure works.
- Review HSE plans and risk assessments for events and monitor crowd safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Field experience in HSE and construction/restoration risk management.
- Experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.
- NEBOSH / OSHA certifications.
- Knowledge of relevant Saudi HSE regulations and requirements.
- Good command of English.
- Strong reporting, communication, and contractor management skills.
