About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Health Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in health insurance sales, a strong understanding of insurance products, and excellent relationship-building skills. Candidates with an existing client portfolio will have an added advantage.

This role offers the opportunity to work with both company-generated leads and your own network while delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on suitable health insurance plans based on their individual or corporate requirements.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
  • Prepare accurate quotations using insurance broker portals and insurer platforms.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance and after-sales support.
  • Follow up on company-generated website enquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products where appropriate.
  • Resolve customer queries related to policies, renewals, and claims support.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Health Insurance Sales.
  • Experience using insurance broker portals and quotation tools.
  • Ability to independently manage the complete sales process.
  • Existing client portfolio is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent sales and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
    • Professional insurance certifications are an added advantage.
