• Advise clients on suitable medical insurance plans, prepare quotations using insurer broker portals, and manage the sales process from enquiry to policy issuance.
• Convert website leads into sales, update CRM records, achieve sales targets, and leverage your own client portfolio while cross-selling other insurance products.
• Build strong client relationships by providing expert guidance, resolving policy and claims-related queries, and delivering excellent post-sale support.
• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes while collaborating with the team to improve sales performance.
