Your Day to Day
- Welcome guests and assist them in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the gym, pool, and changing areas.
- Monitor facilities to ensure safety standards and rules are followed.
- Provide basic information about equipment and services.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Ensure towels and amenities are well stocked at all times.
- Support daily operations of the Health Club and assist guests as needed.
What We Need from You
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
- Decent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and handle guest requests and situations.
- Professional, positive, and approachable attitude.
