Role Description To implement occupational health safety and environmental management systems compliant to SAMA safety and security Directives and ISO standards. Conduct the annual fire warden training, ensure annual first aid training and associated responsibilities including identifying, assessing and controlling workplace hazards and risk assessments in accordance with ISO 31000. Assess and report SBC 801 safety related to AESA including for installations and commissioning. Must meet the OH&S requirements of chapter 8 of the Saudi Labour Law (Royal decree (M/51). To ensure that no health & safety incidents occur that impact employees, customers and contractors (Directives p374). Implement and review the holistic Health and safety policy to ensure a safe and secure workplace (Directives p438).
Key Responsibilities:
Business work, assessments, systems, alarms, detector cleaning review, reporting, policy and documents, regulatory reporting, equipment maintenance (AED, first aid boxes, first aider and fire warden names at receptions, fire mattress, systems), training and advising.
Be punctual and responsible for Occupational health and safety and environmental management systems.
Emergency response for safety or environmental incidents.
Qualifications:
NEBOSH IGC or Level 6 Diploma or equivalent NEBOSH qualification.
Previously held an OH&S manager position in Kingdom.
Fire safety manager training.
Evidence of hands-on experience implementing health & safety, fire safety and training is essential.
Experience qualifying
Minimum Qualifications:
NEBOSH management.
Previous employment in Kingdom will be assessed.
