Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily gardening and landscaping activities
- Lead and allocate tasks to 3 gardening contractors efficiently
- Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, plants, trees, and flower beds
- Monitor irrigation systems and ensure timely watering schedules
- Plan and execute planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control activities
- Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of garden areas
- Inspect garden health and take corrective actions when required
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment
- Follow safety standards and site guidelines at all times
Salary & Benifits:
