Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team in creating innovative and sustainable architectural designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
Design and develop architectural projects from concept through to completion
Utilise software such as CAD, Revit, and Sketchup for drafting and modelling
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
Proficiency in CAD software for architectural design
Experience with NavisWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, Grasshopper, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of joinery techniques is advantageous
