We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Studies & Research to lead our research function and support evidence-based decision-making. The successful candidate will oversee research initiatives, develop departmental strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality studies that support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilitie
- sLead and manage the Studies & Research Section
- .Develop and implement the department's strategic and operational plans
- .Conduct benchmarking studies, perform data analysis, and develop feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives, policy formulation, and evidence-based decision-making
- .Prepare and oversee annual research plans, including short-, medium-, and long-term studies
- .Conduct and supervise technical, analytical, and sector-specific research
- .Establish and maintain research databases and knowledge repositories
- .Collaborate with universities, research institutions, and industry experts
- .Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reports
- .Manage the department's budget and resources
- .Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- .Ensure research outputs align with organizational priorities and best practices

Qualifications & Experien
- ceBachelor's Degree / Master's Degree with 6 years' experience in Benchmarking, Feasibility Studies & Data Analytic
- s.Professional certifications in organizational excellence, strategic management, innovation, or leadership are preferre
- d.Strong leadership, analytical, research, and project management skill
