Job Title: Head Pastry Chef
Be Healthy Restaurant is looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in pastry, desserts, and bakery production.
- Experience in healthy desserts, low-sugar, or protein-based products is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, recipes, costing, and presentation.
- Ability to lead and supervise the pastry team.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Develop new pastry items in line with the company’s concept and SOPs.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily production.
