Responsibilities
Managing the sales team — brokers, setting goals and controlling their fulfilment;
Development and implementation of strategies to increase sales;
Training and mentoring brokers, assisting in closing key deals;
Analysis of the real estate market and competitive environment;
Optimising sales processes and implementing best practices;
Interaction with key clients and partners;
Ensuring compliance with customer service quality standards.
Requirements
Experience of 2 years or more in a senior position in property or sales;
Excellent team management and strategic planning skills;
Strong negotiation, communication and sales skills;
In-depth knowledge of the property market and legal aspects of transactions;
Ability to work in a dynamic and competitive environment;
Languages proficiency in English, Russian, knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.
Salary: from AED 10,000 per month + percentage of closed deals of the team
