Job Title:
Radio Station Manager in El-Fujairah UAEWe are seeking a highly motivated and
dynamic
individual to lead our radio station as Head of Radio Station. As the Radio Station Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the station’s operations and drive its success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans for the station, aligning with company objectives.
Lead and manage a team of radio hosts, producers, and support staff.
Oversee programming schedules to deliver high-quality content to listeners.
Monitor ratings and audience feedback to inform programming adjustments.
Collaborate with advertising and sales teams to generate revenue through sponsorships and advertisements.
Maintain relationships with artists, record labels, and industry professionals to secure exclusive content.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
Indian national or strong understanding of Indian culture and music.
Fluent English (Arabic proficiency an asset).Previous experience in radio management or similar role preferred.
Excellent
leadership
skills to motivate and manage
diverse
teams.
Strong communication skills

Able to think creatively, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
Familiarity with radio broadcasting software an advantage.
Will relocate to El-Fujairah and obtain work visa.
