I'm currently partnering with a well-established regional technology and retail organisation to appoint a Head of Technology who can bridge engineering excellence with operational execution
.This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges through technology rather than simply managing software development
.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead technology strategy across operational platforms and customer-facing systems.
- Drive ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM and enterprise integrations.
- Improve last-mile operations, automation and operational efficiency.
- Deliver scalable architecture and modern engineering practices.
- Partner closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Finance and Commercial leadership.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams.
- Manage technology vendors and third-party integrations.

- Customer Experience and Automation.
- Cloud, APIs, Microservices and modern engineering practices.
- Experience supporting high-volume operational businesses.
