Vantage Search Group is supporting a confidential search for a Head of Strategy on behalf of a leading organisation in the GCC.
The role will partner closely with executive leadership to shape strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities and support the execution of key business initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships and investment initiatives.
• Drive strategic projects and transformation programmes across the organisation.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders to support long-term planning and value creation.
Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, transformation or a related field.
• Experience working with large corporates, diversified groups, financial institutions, investment firms or government-related entities. Prior MBB consulting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision makers and manage complex initiatives.
• Exposure to diverse industries across Real Estate, Manufacturing and Infrastructure.
• Fluent Arabic and English speakers is essential
