Responsibilities
Responsibility and supervision of meeting rooms, preparation and setup for meetings and workshops, and securing their needs.
Implementing security and safety requirements and conditions in all buildings, branches, and offices, regular maintenance of safety and fire systems and equipment, and following up on property and building insurance.
Regular inspection of buildings to ensure their safety and performing immediate and periodic maintenance as needed.
Ensuring the provision of specifications and conditions related to building and construction maintenance and their components.
Supervising and following up on companies executing any construction and maintenance works and receiving works from companies according to specifications and conditions.
Responsibility for operating electricity, lighting circuits, air conditioning, water, etc., and responsibility for their rationalization.
Providing transportation for various purposes necessary for the work, and responsibility for fuel for cars, generators, and fuel tanks.
Executing all maintenance requests of all kinds and working on repairing any emergency malfunctions in the association and its branches and supplying all related needs according to the followed procedures.
Ensuring the application of policies, manuals, procedures, and systems for all administrative transactions that are supervised for implementation.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 5 years experience in the same field
Bachelor’s degree
Supervision, follow-up, and evaluation skills.
Familiarity with budgeting methods.
Computer skills and applications.
Analytical skillsand preparation of presentations and reports.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Empowering employees and developing their capabilities.
Communicationand interpersonal skills.
