Qualifications and Skills
Extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM customization (Mandatory skill)
Proven track record of CRM data migration projects (Mandatory skill)
Proficient in C# development with a deep understanding of .NET framework
Experience in plugin development for MS Dynamics CRM
Proficiency in workflow development and business process automation
Experience with integration of MS Dynamics CRM with other systems
Strong team leadership and project management skills, including the ability to mentor junior developers
Skill Sets :
MS Dynamics 365 version 1612 (8.2.3.252) (DB 8.2.3.252) on-premises version (Sales and Case Management Modules)
MS ADX version 8.2.28.11
MS SQL Server 2019 – CU8
Experience with Dynamics Cloud Migration to Cloud
Insurance domain P&C and Medical
UAE experience is preferred
10 years of experience
MS Dynamics CRM ON PREMISE Technical Lead (version details shared above)
Understanding of Insurance – preferred
Reasonably good communication skills since he will be our only rep onsite
Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead the development and customization of MS Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements
Oversee CRM data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Develop custom plugins and workflows to extend CRM functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical oversight and leadership
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to best practices in development, deployment, and documentation
