Barista Ware, a leading supplier of coffee equipment and accessories, is looking for a Sales cum Merchandiser to join our team in DIP 1, Dubai. This role involves both in-store and online sales, ensuring an excellent customer experience while maintaining well-organized product displays.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with product selection, providing expert advice on coffee equipment and accessories.
– Manage online sales, update product listings, and process orders efficiently.
– Maintain and organize store displays, ensuring products are presented attractively.
– Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
– Handle customer inquiries in-store and online with professionalism.
– Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and sales campaigns.
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma Certificate in business, marketing, or a related field.
– Computer literacy with proficiency in e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office, and POS systems.
– Strong coffee knowledge, with experience in coffee equipment or barista skills being an advantage.
– Sales experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
