My client is searching for a strategic, hands-on Head of Risk to join the leadership team to UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and lead a scalable Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework tailored to fintech & banking products.
- Define and embed risk appetite & tolerance aligned with business and regulatory expectations.
- Lead compliance readiness across licensing, governance, capital, and disclosure.
- Identify, assess & mitigate risks across operational, legal, compliance, technology, and product areas.
- Provide evidence-based insights and challenge leadership in decision-making.
- Establish risk reporting protocols and liaise with auditors, regulators, and the board.
- Promote a proactive risk culture across the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
🔹8–10+ years in risk, compliance, or audit within fintech or banking
🔹 Proven experience designing risk frameworks in regulated financial services.
🔹 Advanced skills in quantitative risk analysis, scenario modeling & stress testing.
🔹 Fluent Arabic is essential
