Position: Head of Risk- Islamic Banking (Arabic Speaker)
To lead and oversee the bank’s risk management framework, ensuring comprehensive identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks (credit, market, operational, liquidity, etc.), in alignment with regulatory guidelines and Sharia principles. The role will ensure that the bank’s risk appetite is well-defined and adhered to, while enabling sustainable business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile
:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field.
Professional certification such as FRM, CFA, PRM, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management in the banking sector, with at least 3–5 years in a
senior leadership role
.
Strong background in Islamic finance and Sharia-compliant banking products.
In-depth knowledge of AAOIFI and IFSB standards.
