Responsibilities
Assists in the development and implementation of the Business Plan, Marketing Plan, and Budget plan.
Manage company budget and cash flow in coordination with GM.
Assist in making high-quality investment decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
Develop business strategies and ensure their alignment with short and long-term objectives.
Analyze problematic situations and occurrences, whether administrative or marketing, and provide solutions.
Lead and motivate subordinates to enhanceemployee engagementand develop a high-performing managerial team.
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
Follow up, evaluate, and hold accountable branch managers and central management.
Assure quality and company stability through the development and implementation of standards, controls, and regular evaluations.
Oversee all operations, business activities, and marketing & sales to ensure they produce the desired results every month in line with the overall strategy and mission.
Review weekly reports from all department managers (Production, Quality, Maintenance).
Work alongside Operations Manager in planning, forecasting, finalizing, and ordering materials.
Present sales analysis reports to management and prepare for main buying for the seasons.
Prepare the buying budget and submit it for management approval.
Responsible for uniform buying and selling.
Skills
Ability to accurately forecast sales trends.
Sound managerial skills with a knack for leadingdiverseteams.
Competent in assessing market trends to analyze sales forecasts.
Adept in utilizing multiple modes ofcommunicationto convey ideas and messages.
