Head of Rental & Leasing Sales
We are seeking an experienced Head of Rental & Leasing Sales to lead and manage our rental and leasing sales operations, drive revenue growth, maximize fleet utilization, and expand our customer base. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, negotiate leasing agreements, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement rental and leasing sales strategies.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Negotiate rental and leasing contracts and pricing agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in rental, leasing, fleet management, or sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preference:
Saudi Nationals are highly preferred. However, other qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their experience, skills, and qualifications.
