Responsibilities
Developing and Implementing Quality Policies:
Developing quality strategies and procedures in compliance with international and local standards.
Monitoring policy implementation and updating them according to developments in the fragrance industry.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Supervising inspections and testing processes to ensure products meet specified standards.
Conducting regular internal audits to improve performance and reduce defects.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collecting and analyzing quality data and providing senior management with reports and recommendations for improvement.
Coordination with Other Departments:
Working closely with production and supply chain departments to ensure the quality of raw materials and final products.
Following up on customer complaints and addressing them effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement.
Development and Training:
Organizing training programs to enhance the skills of the quality team and keep them updated with the latest technologies and standards in the field of quality.
