Right now, we are actively growing the player acquisition direction in Hattori, and we are looking for several people for a long-term position who can manage a team of promoters.
In the future, we plan to scale this direction even more and build a full department with good motivation and growth inside the team.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
– find and build a team of Brand Promoters
– manage promoters
– control their work and KPI
– manage tables and reports
– be responsible for workflow and organization
– help the team reach player acquisition goals
You will be an important and key part of bringing new players into the project.

WORK FORMAT:
– full-time
– remote work
– flexible schedule
– around 8 hours per day
SALARY:
– from $400 to $2000 per month
Payments: 2 times per month
Your income includes:
– fixed salary
– KPI bonuses from promoter team results
– extra income from the referral system
How it works:
Each promoter is connected to a team lead through the referral system. All players invited by promoters become second-level referrals of the team lead. This means the team lead receives extra income from the activity and invites of the whole team.
The better your team results are, the higher your income will be. Everything is simple and transparent.
