The Client:
Our client is a prominent dairy production company based in Riyadh, KSA. We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead their production team and ensure the continued success of their products in a competitive market.
The Role:
As the Head of Production, you will oversee all aspects of the dairy production process, ensuring that the company’s products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This is a critical role within the organisation, where you will be responsible for leading and managing production teams, optimising production workflows, and implementing best practices in production management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring continuous performance and safety improvements.
Oversee the entire production cycle, including procurement, processes, and quality control.
Monitor production metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
Collaborate with supply chain and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Implement innovative techniques to enhance capacity and reduce costs.
Manage production schedules for timely delivery.
Work with R&D and quality assurance to meet production and product standards.
Provide regular production reports and forecasts to senior management.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record of at least 5+ years of experience in the dairy production industry or a similar food production sector in Riyadh or the GCC region.
Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and developing high-performing production teams.
In-depth understanding of dairy production processes, quality assurance, and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize production workflows.
Proven experience in driving cost efficiency and productivity improvements in a production environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
