General Responsibilities:

Comply with Company Policies and Procedures by performing duties in strict accordance with established company policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures, maintaining professionalism and consistency in all tasks.
Understand and respect the official organizational chart, following the proper chain of command and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership, fostering a cohesive and respectfulwork environment.
Performs any other duties as required.
Departmental Specialized Responsibilities:
Oversee centralized purchasing of materials, supplies, and equipment.
Manage contracts, warehousing, and procurement.
Ensure procurement efficiency by evaluating processes.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and government regulations.
Manage and approve departmental budgets.
Lead supplier negotiations.
Oversee the procurement team.
Implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
Monitor supplier performance.
Conduct audits of procurement processes.
Ensure sustainability and ethical practices in procurement.
Collaborate with teams to meet project requirements.
Stay updated on market trends.
Ensure procurement aligns with company objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain management, or related field
7+ years of procurement experience
Master’s degree in supply chain management
Certifications (e.g. CPM, CPSM)
Extensive supplier management experience
Competencies
Strong procurement knowledge and strategic sourcing experience.
Contract management and negotiation skills.
Leadership and vendor management abilities.
Financial acumen and budgeting skills.
