An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and inspirational educational leader to join a thriving international school in Dubai as Head of Primary
.
We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking leader who can drive academic excellence, nurture a positive school culture, and lead our Primary phase with energy, professionalism, and vision.
The Role
- Lead and manage the Primary School across all year groups
- Inspire high-quality teaching and learning
- Support staff development and performance
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure excellent pastoral care and safeguarding standards
- Contribute strategically to whole-school improvement and growth
This role is ideal for an established middle or senior leader looking to take the next step within an ambitious international school environment.
Candidate Requirements
- A recognised teaching qualification (UK/British) qualification preferred
- Relevant leadership experience within a Primary setting
- Experience with the British curriculum preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative and student-centred leadership approach
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment
Experience working in the UAE or international schools is advantageous but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 23,000 – 26,000 per month (all-inclusive package including accommodation allowance)
- Annual medical insurance
- Annual flight allowance for travel to the UK
- Initial flight reimbursement upon arrival in the UAE and successful SPEA/KHDA approval
