Who We Are Looking For  We are looking for an
experienced professional
to take on the role of Head of Podcast Monetization and lead Podeo’s efforts in Dubai, UAE. About the Role  We are seeking a
dynamic
leader to spearhead Podeo’s commercial operations and drive ad revenue growth in the podcasting market across Dubai, UAE. This role will be pivotal in shaping initiatives, driving growth, and overseeing key projects that enhance Podeo’s presence and impact in the region.
As a key player in Podeo’s expansion across the MENA region, you will collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to deliver
impactful
client campaigns and foster strong, long-term partnerships. Qualifications You Will Need  Podeo is seeking a seasoned expert with at least 5 years in ad sales, digital audio advertising, or streaming platforms to
join our team
. If you excel at managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and have a solid understanding of digital media and monetization strategies, particularly within the MENA market, we would love to hear from you.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field is required, along with fluency in Arabic and English. Familiarity with the podcasting industry is a strong advantage.
