Head of Personal Finance

We are looking for a senior Head of Personal Finance to lead the strategy, growth, and performance of the Personal Finance portfolio.

12+ years of Retail Banking experience with significant leadership experience in Personal Finance / Unsecured Lending.
Strong expertise in portfolio strategy, product proposition, P&L, pricing, portfolio growth, and customer acquisition.
End-to-end understanding of the Personal Finance journey, including product design, eligibility, credit, fulfilment, servicing, and portfolio performance.
Strong knowledge of lending economics, credit policies, portfolio management, digital lending journeys, risk, and compliance.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
