Head of Operations (Aluminum and Glazing) Jobs in Dubai at Oxford Aluminum & Glass Industries LLC
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of aluminum and glazing products in all ongoing projects
Ensure efficient production processes in line with quality and safety standards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to avoid delays
Collaborate with project managers, Project engineers, and production team to meet client specifications.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Oversee procurement and Optimize cost control in procurement, labor, and material sourcing.
Ensure profitability through effective pricing and cost management.
Head estimation team and do the budgeting and costing of ongoing projects.
Lead sales teams to secure projects from contractors and developers.
Negotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Expand the company’s market presence in UAE and GCC regions.
Recruit, train, and develop skilled workforce, including engineers and technicians.
Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Address employee performance, disputes, and motivation.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality glazing and aluminum solutions.
Address client concerns and provide technical consultations when needed.
Overlook the daily cash flow, monthly cash flow forecast and projection and allocate budgets and funbds as required​
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience in managerial role in aluminum and glazing field in UAE
Should be civil/mechanical engineer
MBA preferred
UAE driving license is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED16,000.00 per month
