We're Hiring – Head of Operations – Proprietary Trading Firm
Location: Dubai (6 days a week)
Salary: To be discussed based on experience
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to join our growing proprietary trading firm.
Please note: Prior experience working in a proprietary (prop) trading firm is mandatory. Applications from candidates without direct prop firm experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the firm's day-to-day operations.
- Lead operational teams and ensure efficient workflows across departments.
- Optimize operational processes and implement scalable systems.
- Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Support teams.
- Manage trader onboarding, funded account operations, payouts, and operational procedures.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure seamless execution of operational strategies to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Previous experience in a proprietary trading firm.
- Proven leadership and operations management experience.
- Strong understanding of prop firm operations, trader lifecycle, funded accounts, and payout processes.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
