Due to the continued success of our new school GEMS Founders School Dubai South, we are looking to recruit a Head of Mathematics for September 2025.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Math’s teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely intervention and support as needed.
Collaborate with other department heads and schoolleadershipto promote a cohesive educational experience.
Foster a positive andinclusivelearning environmentfor all students.
Successful candidates will need to:
Embody and role model our core values of Grow, Flourish & Succeed.
Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
Have proven experience of teaching Maths to A level.
Have the ability to share exemplary teaching practices.
A creative and enthusiastic approach, both inside and outside the classroom.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents.
Have aproven track recordof providing outstanding learning & teaching.
Have aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career.
Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events.
