Overview

Hero’s Journey is the first AI-powered multi-modality fitness concept in the GCC — combining five training zones, proprietary programming, measurable progression, and a category-defining member experience.

We’re looking for an experienced, highly connected, and execution-driven Head of Marketing to lead our Dubai flagship launch, founding member growth, and market expansion.

This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO — combining brand building, community, partnerships, influencer marketing, events, and performance-driven growth.

What You’ll Own Brand Launch & Growth

  • Lead and execute the Dubai go-to-market strategy from pre-launch through grand opening and post-launch growth
  • Build strong brand awareness and positioning within Dubai’s premium fitness and wellness market
  • Own the launch of the local brand ecosystem, including social media, campaigns, and community presence
  • Support founding member pre-sale and membership growth initiatives
  • Drive lead generation, conversion, retention, and community engagement across all channels

Influencer, Community & PR

  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, athletes, media, and key Dubai communities
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, PR activations, and community collaborations
  • Build a high-impact creator ecosystem across macro, micro, nano creators, run clubs, wellness communities, and local networks
  • Organize launch events, wellness activations, partnerships, and brand experiences
  • Develop referral, ambassador, and community programs to support organic growth and retention

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Build strategic partnerships across fitness, wellness, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, and corporate sectors
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with brands, cafes, recovery concepts, wellness operators, and local communities
  • Support B2B outreach and corporate wellness partnerships

Content, Social & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee local content strategy, storytelling, and social media direction aligned with the global brand vision
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams
  • Work closely with paid acquisition across Meta, Tik Tok, and digital growth channels
  • Monitor and optimize CAC, lead quality, conversion, retention, funnel performance, and ROI
  • Stay ahead of fitness, wellness, social media, and creator trends in Dubai and globally

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or premium consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai premium market and consumer behavior
  • Existing network of influencers, creators, media contacts, communities, and strategic partners in Dubai
  • Proven experience launching brands, studios, clubs, hospitality concepts, or large-scale campaigns
  • Strong execution, project management, and leadership skills
  • Performance-driven mindset with solid understanding of acquisition, growth metrics, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment

Preferred

  • Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Strong background in events, influencer marketing, partnerships, and community-led growth
  • Familiarity with Meta / Tik Tok marketing ecosystems
  • Arabic language and/or UAE driving license are a plus

Compensation

AED 18,000–25,000 + performance-based bonus
