Title: Head of Marketing

Company: Churchill Mergers

Location: United Arab Emirates

Head of Marketing

Churchill Group •Elite Hub • Churchill Mergers •Churchill Tax Advisers • EcoTrack360• ComplyZap

Location: UAE — remote. Candidates based in Dubai.

Employment type: Full-time

Reporting to: CEO and COO

Scope: Five group brands today, all now live.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Churchill Group is a multi-brand group operating across professional services, mergers & acquisitions, tax advisory, compliance technology, sustainability technology, social networking and digital platforms. Our businesses are commercially established, and several of our brands are still early in building the market recognition they deserve, that is where this role comes in.

We approach every brand in the group as a brand-building project, including Churchill Mergers, which, while an established business, is still a young brand and deserves the same energy as a new one. The same is true of our technology ventures, which have now launched.

Alongside brand, this person owns paid performance hands-on. Meta is our leading paid channel, followed by Google Ads, LinkedIn and YouTube, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys being close to the campaigns themselves, not only overseeing them.

You will work directly with the CEO and COO, with weekly KPI reporting, and real autonomy to build and shape the function as you go, there isn’t an existing marketing department to step into.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

1. Brand creation and brand architecture

  • Create, name, position and launch brands from zero across the group, including new technology ventures.
  • Define positioning, narrative, identity and messaging for each brand and the relationship between them at group level.
  • Rebuild Churchill Mergers, Churchill Tax Advisers and Elite Hub into brands with real market recognition, not just performance-marketing accounts.

2. Brand awareness and brand recognition

  • Take each brand from unknown to recognised in its category, and measure it: prompted and unprompted awareness, branded search demand, share of voice, direct and inbound volume.
  • Build one repeatable brand and demand playbook that lifts every brand in the portfolio, rather than solving for one brand at a time.

3. Paid performance: personally, hands-on

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram): our priority paid channel. You build, run, test and optimise the campaigns yourself.
  • Google Ads / PPC: keyword strategy, bidding, ad structure, landing page optimisation and ROI.
  • LinkedIn and YouTube: campaign strategy and execution for B2B and brand reach.
  • Own spend, cost per lead, CAC and ROI, and report on them weekly.

4. Demand and lead generation

  • Inbound lead generation for Churchill Tax Advisers and Churchill Mergers.
  • Demand generation for Elite Hub, ComplyZap and EcoTrack360.

5. App growth – Elite Hub

  • Grow Elite Hub: user acquisition, activation, retention and App Store Optimisation.

6. Content and thought leadership

  • Content strategy across articles, video, podcasts and thought leadership that builds authority, not just traffic.

7. Conversion, analytics and reporting

  • Website conversion and user-journey optimisation across all platforms.
  • Performance dashboards and weekly KPI reporting to the CEO and COO.

8. Team, agencies and partnerships

  • Manage agencies, freelancers, influencers and internal resource, under clear SLAs.
  • Create and negotiate partnerships.
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, developers and designers.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

We look at these against the dates and detail on your CV.

  1. A track record of building brands. You’ve personally taken at least one brand from launch, or from limited recognition, to genuine recognition in its market. We’d love to hear which one, roughly when, and how we could see it for ourselves.
  2. Building over inheriting. We’re especially interested in experience building a brand’s presence from the ground up, rather than maintaining or scaling one that was already well established when you joined.
  3. Minimum 10 years of hands-on marketing. Evidenced by dated roles. We count marketing roles only, and we exclude years that overlap full-time study.
  4. Hands-on Meta experience. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be building and optimising Facebook and Instagram campaigns directly yourself, rather than briefing and reviewing an agency’s work.
  5. Hands-on Google Ads and PPC. Keyword strategy, bidding, ad structure, landing pages, ROI — owned personally, at real budget.
  6. Western market experience. You’ve marketed directly to audiences in the US, UK or Europe — ideally with some time based in, or working closely within, those markets.
  7. Multi-brand or group-level marketing. You have run more than one brand at the same time, with different audiences, and kept them all moving.
  8. Budget ownership. You have personally controlled a paid budget and can speak to the figure, the platforms and the return.
  9. Independent operation. You’re comfortable running the function with real autonomy, setting your own priorities, and keeping leadership updated on a steady weekly cadence.
  10. Excellent written and spoken English.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • App Store Optimisation and app growth for an iOS or Android app.
  • Startup or scale-up environments where you built the function from nothing.
  • SaaS, fintech or regtech, professional services, M&A, tax or investment businesses.
  • Building and leading marketing teams.
  • UK, USA, UAE or wider GCC market experience.
  • Based in Dubai.
