The Role
As Head of Kindergarten / Lower Primary, you will provide inspirational leadership across the Early Years and lower primary phase, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning and pastoral care.
You will:
Lead, motivate and develop a team of Early Years and Lower Primary teachers.
Drive high standards of teaching and learning across the department.
Ensure the successful delivery of the British curriculum.
Support curriculum development and continuous school improvement.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Promote an inclusive, nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary: QAR 18,000–22,000 per month (tax-free)
