Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam for a Head of Human Resources. The Head of Human Resources will oversee the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives especially related to digitalization, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations. Key responsibilities include managing and improving HR operations, designing workforce strategies, resolving employee concerns, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role will require collaboration with leadership to align HR programs with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and support teams across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is mandatory. Masters preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment
