Hiring: Head of Growth & Technology (CTO + MarTech)

Location – Dubai
Role – Full-time
We’re looking for a hands-on leader specialized in AI automation and digital transformation to own both revenue growth and technology systems across multiple companies.
You will build and lead a team, manage multi-country operations, and deliver real business results.
This is NOT a reporting role — you will execute, automate, optimize, and scale.
What You’ll Own
* Lead generation across all channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, SMS, WhatsApp, Email)
* Offline growth (influencers, outdoor, events, media sponsorships)
* Full funnel: Lead → Conversion → Revenue
* AI-driven automation across CRM, WhatsApp, Email, and internal workflows
* ERP, HRM (attendance, documents, EOS), websites & mobile apps
* Telephony systems (ZIWO / 3CX / Yeastar)
* Full system integration + centralized access control
* Build, manage, and scale cross-functional term
What We Expect
* Proven results (lower CPL, higher conversion, real revenue impact)
* Strong experience in AI automation and digital transformation
* Experience building and managing teams
* Background in both marketing & systems
* Hands-on execution mindset (not just strategy)
* Ability to manage multi-country operations
AED 12,000 – 15,000 + performance incentives
