🔒 Experience Requirements
Candidate should possess CA/CPA/CFA/MBA (Finance)
• 20+ years of overall Experience in Accounting which includes:
- At least 10 years in a managerial role overseeing Fixed Assets and Inventory functions.
- At least 10 years of accounting experience within the Healthcare/Hospital sector.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience in the Government sector.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience in Qatar.
Demonstrated expertise managing large-scale Fixed Asset and Inventory portfolios within an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment.
Strong understanding and practical application of internationally recognized accounting standards and principles.
Skills Requirements
- Hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms, such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written/verbal English language skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective presentation and training skills, with the ability to communicate procedures and best practices to stakeholders and clients.
- Proven planning, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
