Qualifications:
Commerce Graduate / MBA Finance Graduate / CA / ICWA / Diploma in IFRS required.
Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 7 years heading finance functions within a GCC-based company.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing large datasets, conducting financial analysis, and creating impactful business presentations to support strategic decision-making.
Overseeing core financial functions such as return check procedures, gross revenue reporting, write-off management, and overall financial operations.
Leading and managing high-performing finance teams, including delegating tasks, mentoring staff, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
Adapting to evolving business needs and realigning operational strategies accordingly.
Establishing finance operating procedures, implementing efficient systems, and streamlining processes for improved performance and compliance.
Managing investor relations and financial risk to ensure transparency and mitigate financial exposure.
