I'm partnering with a leading international company to find their next Head of Finance in Dubai. This is the top finance role for the region.
The role:
- Lead all finance across retail and e-commerce in the UAE and GCC
- Own reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and treasury
- Manage UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and free zone compliance
- Partner the leadership team on pricing, margin and inventory decisions
- Lead and develop a finance team of 7
About you:
- 15+ years in finance, with 3 to 5 at CFO or Head of Finance level
- Background in retail or FMCG
- Solid Middle East experience and GCC distribution or franchise exposure
- Qualified (ACCA, CPA or CMA) and strong on SAP or Dynamics
