Successful applicants must have:
BSC/BA in Facility Management or Engineering.
Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage.
Total 15 years experience in the field of Facilities, Asset Management, Real Estate and minimum 8 years experience in managing facilities and building maintenance.
Exceptional domain knowledge, with extensive experience of the functioning of the Facilities Management department.
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
Knowledge of budgeting and ability to create and manage an approved budget (CAPEX & OPEX).
Ability to read and understand leases and contracts.
Conflict resolutionmanagement.
Management skills of running an organizational function with aproven track recordof achieving and/or exceeding functional metrics goals.
