Head of Production — Lenzo Events
Lenzo Events is seeking a hands-on Head of Production to turn ambitious creative concepts into safe, buildable and commercially controlled event experiences.
This senior role owns production feasibility, technical planning, fabrication, suppliers, budgets, logistics, site delivery and project closeout. The position reports directly to the Managing Director and is based in Jeddah, with site work and travel across Saudi Arabia.
What You Will Own
• Technical feasibility reviews, site surveys, production methodologies, BOQs and master schedules
• Production budgets, supplier sourcing, cost tracking, variation control and margin protection
• Fabrication, AV, staging, lighting, power, rigging, temporary structures and specialist suppliers
• Logistics, installation, live-event readiness, dismantling and project closeout
• Quality gates, production risk controls, HSE coordination and delivery recovery
• Leadership of production supervisors, project teams, site crews and external partners
• Cross-functional coordination with Creative, Account Management and project owners
What We Are Looking For
• At least 10 years of experience in events, exhibitions, experiential or live production
• At least five years leading complex production delivery, site teams or subcontractors
• Strong BOQ, estimating, procurement, scheduling and budget-control capability
• Practical technical knowledge across fabrication and live-event production disciplines
• Demonstrated delivery of complex builds involving multiple suppliers and technical packages
• Calm leadership under pressure and the confidence to challenge unsafe or commercially weak decisions
• Saudi or GCC event-production experience and supplier knowledge are strongly preferred
• Strong Arabic and English communication
• Willingness to work on-site, travel and support evening or weekend delivery when projects require it
