We’re looking for a Head of E-Commerce Section to lead our online business strategy and drive digital transformation across our platforms.

About the Role

As Head of E-Commerce Section, you will be at the forefront of our digital evolution, crafting and executing strategies that enhance customer experience, boost online sales, and maximize ROI. You’ll lead a talented team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.

Lead the optimization of the online shopping experience to ensure smooth customer journeys and high conversion rates.

Manage and enhance digital platforms in line with performance and security standards.

Analyze performance metrics and propose improvements to support sustainable growth.

Collaborate with marketing and development teams on digital campaigns including SEO, PPC, and social media.

Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and improve customer acquisition and retention.

Oversee user experience (UX/UI), ensuring the digital store design promotes engagement and sales.

Ensure seamless payment, shipping, and return processes.

Manage digital customer service to ensure timely, effective support and high customer satisfaction.

Monitor KPIs, generate regular reports, and suggest data-driven strategies.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends and digital technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Lead the implementation of digital transformation tools and AI solutions to enhance performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.

Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce are a plus.

Proven leadership experience in managing e-commerce or digital business functions.

Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
